| Faisal set up Alliance Investment Services in 1999. In addition to his responsibilities at AIS, Faisal also heads Financial Transaction House in Jeddah, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia which he set up in 1994. Previously, he spent several years with Andersen where he later served as the Middle East managing partner for corporate finance. FTH serves clients in the entire Middle East region. Faisal has also held a senior management position with one of the largest edible oil manufacturers in the region where he had overall responsibility for the operations of the company. Faisal has an extensive network of contacts in the region and has successfully closed many medium- to large-size transactions for clients in various industry segments, and has particular expertise in the arena of private placements and public offerings. Faisal holds an MBA from the University of Vermont and an MS in Accounting from the University of New Haven. |
